What are my warranty terms?

We offer a minimum 12‑month warranty on all refurbed Dell P2412H | 24". This covers any technical defects that might occur during this period and are not caused by your own fault.

The service fee is charged only once per order process, regardless of how many products you buy at the same time; what matters is only the total value of the goods. The service fee is based solely on the total order value of your cart – calculated after deducting discounts and vouchers or other price reductions. It is charged only once per order, regardless of how many products you buy at the same time.
