This is also the advantage over, for example, used skis, bicycles or fitness equipment. In addition, we have sports equipment made from recycled materials in our range. Refurbed products have at least a 12-month warranty and a 30-day trial period.

The Skate Banana is an ingenious all-terrain freestyle board and will never become obsolete in your equipment.

Riding style The skate banana is a freestyle board that you can do absolutely everything with. Whether you are beginner or expert, this board will make sure you’ll have fun.

Shape The True Twin shape is perfectly symmetrical for a balanced ride that’s equally versatile when ridden forward or switch. The Magne-Traction® technology provides improved edge hold with serrated edges. Especially on icy slopes they unfold their full potential.

Profile The original Banana profile comes with a rocker between the feet and a faint camber underfoot. This makes it easy to ride and cruise, but also neat for jibbing and ripping in deep snow.

Flex The soft-medium flex is playful and forgiving. While there is also enough pop to allow for controlled freestyle moves.

Construction The Original Power Construction OP is a very lightweight, environmentally friendly and durable construction design from Lib Tech. The core is made of Aspen and Paulownia wood. A perfect combination that is robust and scores with a lot of pop. The Eco Sublimated Poly Topsheet is sustainably produced and recycled material was also used for the UHMW Sidewalls. To make sure your board suffers less in the park, it is protected by the UHMW Tip/Tail Impact Deflection. The TNT base is solid, fast and virtually maintenance-free. This is made from two layers of special fluoro material and can also cope well with the odd day without wax.

At refurbed, we offer you a more sustainable alternative to conventional sports goods. All sports goods listed on our platform are either refurbished or newly made from recycled materials. This way, we reduce the dependence on new resources, reduce waste, and lower CO₂ emissions. In addition, for every item sold, we support environmental protection projects. Furthermore, you have a 30-day free trial and a minimum 12-month warranty on every product. This way, you can shop with us without any risk.
What does "refurbished" mean?
These are products that are either used or can no longer be sold as new. Each item undergoes a refurbishment and quality control process to ensure it meets the high quality you can expect from refurbed. By giving these items a second life, we can both reduce waste and offer more affordable sports equipment.
How is “refurbished” classified?
We want to offer affordable and environmentally conscious sports equipment without compromising on quality. Each item undergoes a refurbishment and quality control process to ensure it meets the high quality you can expect from refurbed. All our "refurbed" items are in perfect operating condition and are primarily graded based on visible signs of wear:
Excellent: Minor, not immediately visible optical defects.
Very good: Minor, visible optical defects.
Good: Visible optical defects.
What does "recycled" mean?
In line with our circular thinking, refurbed Sports offers not only refurbished products, but also new sports equipment made from recycled materials. This includes upcycled materials, old stock, pre- and post-consumer recycling, and other waste. By reusing existing materials, we minimise waste, consume fewer resources, and contribute to a better environment.
How does refurbed guarantee the quality of the products?
Only professional and certified refurbishers are allowed to offer their products on refurbed. We monitor customer satisfaction and refurbisher performance closely and conduct regular quality tests to ensure an excellent shopping experience for all. And finally, all our refurbishers are based within the EU to enable fast delivery times and optimal contact with the refurbisher.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for free within the 30-day free trial. You can contact the refurbisher directly via your customer account and let them know that you want to exchange or return your item. Alternatively, you can of course also contact our refurbed customer service. We are happy to help and contact the refurbisher for you. You will receive a free return label from the refurbisher by email or in your customer account.
What are my warranty conditions?
We offer you a 12-month statutory warranty. This covers all defects, i.e. everything that is considered poor workmanship of the product and was not caused by your own actions.
Which environmental protection projects do we invest in?
We have planted over 6.6 million trees since our foundin, and we are very proud! We realised that planting trees alone does not tackle all of the environmental issues we a passionate about, however. That's why we now also support projects that
- restore landscapes — ecosystems are repaired and jobs are created, including tree planting along the way
- remove carbon from the atmosphere and store it permanently
- recycle electronic waste and reuse materials
