The multi-gym MULTIGYM PLUS is the ideal basis for varied and demanding strength training, just like in the gym. The all-round talent allows you a highly varied workout program for all muscle groups. Whether bench press, butterflies, rowing with both arms or latissimus exercises - the MULTIGYM PLUS offers 31 different training options. The hand and foot straps open up a variety of cable pull exercises, and the cable pull station is ideal for tricep exercises and abdominal exercises.

Thanks to the division of the 80 kilos of resistance into small 16 x 5 kilo weights, individual training is really possible for every performance level. Foot straps, biceps curl bars and weights are part of the standard equipment of the MULTIGYM PLUS.

The multi-gym is particularly impressive thanks to the 3D Flex Motion system for varied cable pull training such as fly, crunches, arm curl, leg adduction, leg abduction and many others.

The free cable pull exercises, which are carried out with the side arms, also bring additional variety. With the necessary balance, you also train previously uninvolved muscle groups. The compact multi-gym is only two meters high and is therefore also suitable for low ceiling heights. The height-adjustable seat and the three-part back padding ensure a comfortable fit during your exercises.
