This is also the advantage over, for example, used skis, bicycles or fitness equipment. In addition, we have sports equipment made from recycled materials in our range. Refurbed products have at least a 12-month warranty and a 30-day trial period.

Still relatively new to the Capita collection, the Mega Mercury is primed to explore every last corner of the resort alongside you. Inspired by the legendary Mercury, it boasts all the advancements in technology. From an FSC® certified 3D thermopolymer Starship Core™ made with ultra-light post-consumer recycled plastic to an incredibly light Skin™ topsheet, it offers the ideal balance of performance and weight. Designed for power when you desire it and float when the need arises, the Mega Mercury is the all-mountain snowboard you can depend on.

The Mega Mercury is handcrafted in Austria at the first snowboard production facility powered by 100 % renewable energy.

Riding style All-mountain riding for experienced and advanced riders – looking to have a great time across the mountain? This board can tackle everything from side hits at the edge of the piste to powder runs in the backcountry and carving turns.

Shape With the directional shape, the nose is slightly longer than the tail. The bindings and the sidecut are slightly offset to the back. This increases the stability at higher speeds and the uplift in powder.

Profile The Resort V2 profile combines a classic camber between the bindings with a rocker in tip and tail. The rocker increases the uplift in powder. The camber offers you good edge hold and fast power transmission on hard slopes.

Flex The **medium-stiff flex **ensures precise control and fast board response.

Construction The FSC® certified** 3D Starship Thermopolymer Core™** is produced using an advanced electronic sorting system. Through this system, premium poplars can be sorted with reforestation poplars according to weight and grain. This ensures a constant flex. Adding bonded, recycled thermopolymer channels turns the Starship Core™ into an advanced hybrid core that gives you incredible pop. The** Hybrid Holysheet™ Tri/Tri Megacarbon™ fibreglass** offers an ingenious weave of fibreglass and carbon for even less weight. It was built with high-performance, plant-based Magic Bean™ resin for powerful and dynamic driving behaviour. The Megadrive™ XT Base has specially developed additives. At refurbed, we offer you a more sustainable alternative to conventional sports goods. All sports goods listed on our platform are either refurbished or newly made from recycled materials. This way, we reduce the dependence on new resources, reduce waste, and lower CO₂ emissions. In addition, for every item sold, we support environmental protection projects. Furthermore, you have a 30-day free trial and a minimum 12-month warranty on every product. This way, you can shop with us without any risk.

What does "refurbished" mean?

These are products that are either used or can no longer be sold as new. Each item undergoes a refurbishment and quality control process to ensure it meets the high quality you can expect from refurbed. By giving these items a second life, we can both reduce waste and offer more affordable sports equipment.

How is “refurbished” classified?

We want to offer affordable and environmentally conscious sports equipment without compromising on quality. Each item undergoes a refurbishment and quality control process to ensure it meets the high quality you can expect from refurbed. All our "refurbed" items are in perfect operating condition and are primarily graded based on visible signs of wear:
Excellent: Minor, not immediately visible optical defects.
Very good: Minor, visible optical defects.
Good: Visible optical defects.

What does "recycled" mean?

In line with our circular thinking, refurbed Sports offers not only refurbished products, but also new sports equipment made from recycled materials. This includes upcycled materials, old stock, pre- and post-consumer recycling, and other waste. By reusing existing materials, we minimise waste, consume fewer resources, and contribute to a better environment.

How does refurbed guarantee the quality of the products?

Only professional and certified refurbishers are allowed to offer their products on refurbed. We monitor customer satisfaction and refurbisher performance closely and conduct regular quality tests to ensure an excellent shopping experience for all. And finally, all our refurbishers are based within the EU to enable fast delivery times and optimal contact with the refurbisher.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for free within the 30-day free trial. You can contact the refurbisher directly via your customer account and let them know that you want to exchange or return your item. Alternatively, you can of course also contact our refurbed customer service. We are happy to help and contact the refurbisher for you. You will receive a free return label from the refurbisher by email or in your customer account.

What are my warranty conditions?

We offer you a 12-month statutory warranty. This covers all defects, i.e. everything that is considered poor workmanship of the product and was not caused by your own actions.

Which environmental protection projects do we invest in?

We have planted over 6.6 million trees since our foundin, and we are very proud! We realised that planting trees alone does not tackle all of the environmental issues we a passionate about, however. That's why we now also support projects that
- restore landscapes — ecosystems are repaired and jobs are created, including tree planting along the way
- remove carbon from the atmosphere and store it permanently
- recycle electronic waste and reuse materials
