Our refurbished sports equipment is up to 40% cheaper and more sustainable than buying new. It is completely renewed and carefully tested by experts. This is also the advantage over, for example, used skis, bicycles or fitness equipment. In addition, we have sports equipment made from recycled materials in our range. Refurbed products have at least a 12-month warranty and a 30-day trial period.

Versatile board for the entire resort

It doesn’t matter if you are just getting started or if you are already familiar with the first obstacles at your local park - the Feeler provides you with everything you need to step it up! The board comes with a Twin Tip Sandwich construction and a Hybrid Handlebar Hybrid profile. This makes it very forgiving and it gives you the best edge grip on steep slopes.

Riding Style

An easy to ride, forgiving all-mountain board for beginners and advanced riders. You can easily shred it all over the mountain. On the slopes, in the powder or for your first tricks in the park.

Shape

The True Twin shape is perfectly symmetrical for a balanced ride that’s equally versatile when ridden forward or switch.

Profile

The Hybrid Handlebar profile comes with a Rocker between the bindings and a Camber underneath the bindings. This combination offers a good edge hold thanks to the camber areas, as well as good uplift and unlimited freestyle action without catching an edge.

Flex

The medium flex makes the board perfect for any terrain. Not too hard for jibbing and not too soft for powder runs.

Construction

The poplar wood core gives the board pop and durability and is also super light.

The extruded base is very resistant, user-friendly and offers good sliding properties even without waxing. Even scratches can be repaired relatively easily. An additional rubber sheet reduces vibrations and shocks and strengthens the board.

How is “refurbished” classified?

We want to offer affordable and environmentally conscious sports equipment without compromising on quality. Each item undergoes a refurbishment and quality control process to ensure it meets the high quality you can expect from refurbed. All our "refurbed" items are in perfect operating condition and are primarily graded based on visible signs of wear:
Excellent: Minor, not immediately visible optical defects.
Very good: Minor, visible optical defects.
Good: Visible optical defects.

What does "recycled" mean?

In line with our circular thinking, refurbed Sports offers not only refurbished products, but also new sports equipment made from recycled materials. This includes upcycled materials, old stock, pre- and post-consumer recycling, and other waste. By reusing existing materials, we minimise waste, consume fewer resources, and contribute to a better environment.

How does refurbed guarantee the quality of the products?

Only professional and certified refurbishers are allowed to offer their products on refurbed. We monitor customer satisfaction and refurbisher performance closely and conduct regular quality tests to ensure an excellent shopping experience for all. And finally, all our refurbishers are based within the EU to enable fast delivery times and optimal contact with the refurbisher.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for free within the 30-day free trial. You can contact the refurbisher directly via your customer account and let them know that you want to exchange or return your item. Alternatively, you can of course also contact our refurbed customer service. We are happy to help and contact the refurbisher for you. You will receive a free return label from the refurbisher by email or in your customer account.

What are my warranty conditions?

We offer you a 12-month statutory warranty. This covers all defects, i.e. everything that is considered poor workmanship of the product and was not caused by your own actions.

Which environmental protection projects do we invest in?

We have planted over 6.6 million trees since our foundin, and we are very proud! We realised that planting trees alone does not tackle all of the environmental issues we a passionate about, however. That's why we now also support projects that
- restore landscapes — ecosystems are repaired and jobs are created, including tree planting along the way
- remove carbon from the atmosphere and store it permanently
- recycle electronic waste and reuse materials
