Our refurbished sports equipment is up to 40% cheaper and more sustainable than buying new. It is completely renewed and carefully tested by experts. This is also the advantage over, for example, used skis, bicycles or fitness equipment. In addition, we have sports equipment made from recycled materials in our range. Refurbed products have at least a 12-month warranty and a 30-day trial period.

The Defenders Of Awesome has won a Transworld Good Wood Award every year since its launch. Truly unbeaten, the DOA is one of the best all-mountain freestyle boards around. The DOA comes with a hybrid camber profile that combines the pop and precision of a classic camber board with the compliance of a rocker board. Updated tech features like the Dual Blaster V2™ core and a high-speed Quantum Drive™ base, provide an extremely balanced ride on any terrain.
The Defenders Of Awesome is handmade in Austria in the first snowboard production facility powered by 100 % clean energy. It is a 7-time Good Wood Award winner.
Riding style
This board is for experienced all-mountain junkies. If you want a reactive ride with plenty of flexibility for piste, park and backcountry, this board is perfect for you.
Shape
The True Twin shape is perfectly symmetrical for a balanced ride that’s equally versatile when ridden forward or switch.
Profile
The Resort V1 profile comes with traditional camber between the bindings and is flat after the bindings, with subtle rocker in nose and tail. This profile gives you a stable ride, but is still more playful and forgiving than a classic camber profile.
Flex
The medium flex is ideal for the all-mountain design of this board. Hard enough for powerful turns, but still soft enough for a playful ride.
Construction
In the new Dual Blaster V2 Core™, the ash has been replaced with paulownia to add even less weight to the board. This core is powerful, built for durability and control. Two carbon strips along the woodcore increase performance and response while the board remains extremely light. Capita Fortress™ Kevlar Sidewall Protection provides a vibration-free ride and cushioning. Harder, stronger, faster, the sintered Quantum Drive™ base creates a unique balance of speed and stability.

All our "refurbed" items are in perfect operating condition and are primarily graded based on visible signs of wear:

In line with our circular thinking, refurbed Sports offers not only refurbished products, but also new sports equipment made from recycled materials. This includes upcycled materials, old stock, pre- and post-consumer recycling, and other waste. By reusing existing materials, we minimise waste, consume fewer resources, and contribute to a better environment.
Only professional and certified refurbishers are allowed to offer their products on refurbed. We monitor customer satisfaction and refurbisher performance closely and conduct regular quality tests to ensure an excellent shopping experience for all. And finally, all our refurbishers are based within the EU to enable fast delivery times and optimal contact with the refurbisher.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for free within the 30-day free trial. You can contact the refurbisher directly via your customer account and let them know that you want to exchange or return your item. Alternatively, you can of course also contact our refurbed customer service. We are happy to help and contact the refurbisher for you. You will receive a free return label from the refurbisher by email or in your customer account.
We offer you a 12-month statutory warranty. This covers all defects, i.e. everything that is considered poor workmanship of the product and was not caused by your own actions.
