I got in touch with the seller to let them know that they might want to add more packing in future to prevent such damage occurring. Fast and free delivery. The unit is also in good condition, with only minimal scratches. The battery life is better than I expected. The only issues I encountered are that the fingerprint scanner is not working or is not being detected, and the sound card driver is not installed. However, once the sound card driver is installed, the speakers work well.
