I went for a 'very good' product and I almost couldn't differentiate it from a brand new product, so was very impressed with the description. Easy to search on the website and the phone arrived well-packaged. It did take a few extra days to arrive than originally stated, the 'express' service didn't seem to work too well in Ireland.
