I ordered a laptop and laptop bag from two different suppliers. I cancelled the laptop order 30min later, as I noticed it would not reach me in time. I did the cancellation through customer service who was really fast and polite to respond. Despite cancellation, the laptop was sent to the address I had indicated (that's why I am not giving 5 stars). I contacted customer service again who apologized and organized pickup of the laptop via DHL, at no cost for me. I really appreciated the fast replies, and the easy-going and yet polite way of communication. It was clear that a human answered my requests and not an AI bot, which really makes your service stand out. Thanks, will come back with my next laptop order!
