Experience was great, phone I got is in excellent condition, but one very unpleasant thing - while ordering I left all shipping related info (phone, address, code to enter the building and how to find my apartment), but all that was actually used - address and a name. So DHL was unable to call me, marked shipment as “not home” and I needed to reach out myself and figure it out. This left a quite bad aftertaste. I would like refurbed to figure this issue out, seller from UK “UL Trading”, I still have photos of packaging - some UK phone number left, no notes on delivery. So, why even suggest to leave this info if it is not even used.. Phone - 10/10 Service - 7.5/10

I bought a Xiaomi X6 Pro phone. I got it super cheap and expected something with very noticeable signs of use. My expectations were low, but once the package arrived, all those doubts disappeared. A 10/10 phone with minimal signs of use, like new. I highly recommend it, and it even came with a 12-month warranty. Shipping took 3 days , The delivery was free, by the way.
