Great customer service

I found the experience of buying and then asking for a refund was very smooth, and left me feeling comfortable to buy from them again - which I did. I am very happy with my newest iPhone from them.

Unbeatable value — ThinkPad L14 G1 for under €260!

I recently purchased a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad L14 Gen 1 (AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 4650U, 512GB SSD) from Xera via Refurbed for €254, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. Finding a business-grade laptop with a 6-core processor and a fast 512GB SSD at this price point is practically impossible in standard retail. The unit arrived exactly as expected, and the performance is smooth, fast, and completely reliable for heavy multitasking and daily use. What makes this purchase an absolute 10/10 for me is the long-term value. Unlike many modern laptops where everything is glued down, the RAM on this ThinkPad isn't soldered. I have the flexibility to easily upgrade it to 16GB RAM whenever I want, making it a completely future-proof investment for a fraction of the cost of a new laptop. Fantastic machine, great condition, and top-tier value for money. Highly recommended!
