Bad experience resolved satisfactorily

I had a bad experience with one of the affiliated companies to Refurbed, called: Welbeck. After my initial negative review about both Refurbed and Welbeck, Refurbed reached out to me and resolved the issue to my satisfaction and its that resolution that causes me to submit this review and remove the negative one. Refurbed is redeemed and I hate to stain this review with Welbeck's conduct however but to be fair to Refurbed, i must; Welbeck has not. Thank you for taking this serious enough to resolve it.
