refurbed OnePlus 15s work like new devices and therefore have no functional limitations. The visual condition of the devices can be selected based on your needs. What are the visual categories?

Premium (AA-Grading)
Premium OnePlus 15s are visually identical to new, with no visible signs of wear or use. No scratches, scuffs, dents, or blemishes on the body or screen.
Excellent (A-Grading)
Excellent OnePlus 15s have no dents, scratches or signs of wear visible from a distance of 30cm - neither on the body nor on the display.
Very Good (B-grading)
Very Good OnePlus 15s may have minimal dents, scratches or wear on the body that can be seen from 30cm away. There may be micro-scratches on the display/screen, but these are not visible when the display is on.
Good (C-Grading)
Good OnePlus 15s have visible signs of use such as scratches and/or dents on the body. There may be micro-scratches on the display/screen, but these are not visible when the display is switched on.

If you want to return your product for any reason, you can return it free of charge within 30 days. To do so, contact our partner directly via your refurbed account and let them know that you would like to exchange or return your device. You will receive a free return label from our partner by email or in your refurbed account. Alternatively, you can contact our refurbed customer service. We offer a minimum 12‑month warranty on all refurbed OnePlus 15. This covers any technical defects that might occur during this period and are not caused by your own fault.

Examples include:
- The device can no longer be switched on.
- The device cannot find a network.
- The loudspeaker does not work.

The battery is also covered by the warranty. A distinction is made between wear and tear and technical defects. Technical defects are covered by the warranty and are characterised by abnormal behaviour. Abnormal behaviour could be, for example, that the device can only be charged up to 40%. Please note that your minimum 12‑month warranty is refurbed's voluntary commercial promise to you. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

What is the refurbed service fee?

In short: for a total order value of more than €50.00 and up to and including €1,500, refurbed charges a service fee of between €0.99 and €5.99, which applies in addition to the product price. The service fee is charged only once per order process, regardless of how many products you buy at the same time; what matters is only the total value of the goods. You can see the exact amount of any applicable service fee shown separately in the price overview and total calculation in your cart before you complete your order.

The service fee is based solely on the total order value of your cart – calculated after deducting discounts and vouchers or other price reductions. It is charged only once per order, regardless of how many products you buy at the same time.

Depending on the total order value, the following service fees apply:

- up to €50: €0.00
- over €50 up to €100: €0.99
- over €100 up to €200: €1.99
- over €200 up to €300: €2.99
- over €300 up to €400: €3.99
- over €400 up to €700: €4.99
- over €700 up to €1,500: €5.99
- over €1,500: €0.00

The service fee helps us finance services that safeguard your purchase at refurbed: the reliable technical operation of the platform and a smooth ordering process, the ongoing development of our offering, regular spot checks on our sellers to uphold our quality standards, and comprehensive customer support – including mediation between you and the sellers and a dedicated customer chat with direct contacts at refurbed.
