If you want to return your product for any reason, you can return it free of charge within 30 days. What are my warranty terms?

We offer a minimum 12‑month warranty on all refurbed Microsoft Surface Dock 2. This covers any technical defects that might occur during this period and are not caused by your own fault.

Examples include:

The battery is also covered by the warranty. A distinction is made between wear and tear and technical defects. The service fee is charged only once per order process, regardless of how many products you buy at the same time; what matters is only the total value of the goods. The service fee is based solely on the total order value of your cart – calculated after deducting discounts and vouchers or other price reductions. It is charged only once per order, regardless of how many products you buy at the same time.
