If you want to return your product for any reason, you can return it free of charge within 30 days. To do so, contact our partner directly via your refurbed account and let them know that you would like to exchange or return your device. Please note that your minimum 12‑month warranty is refurbed's voluntary commercial promise to you. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
