If you want to return your product for any reason, you can return it free of charge within 30 days. To do so, contact our partner directly via your refurbed account and let them know that you would like to exchange or return your device. You will receive a free return label from our partner by email or in your refurbed account. Alternatively, you can contact our refurbed customer service. We will be happy to help you and contact our partner.
What are my warranty terms?
We offer a minimum 12‑month warranty on all refurbed Roba Wedge Cushion. This covers any technical defects that might occur during this period and are not caused by your own fault.

The service fee is based solely on the total order value of your cart – calculated after deducting discounts and vouchers or other price reductions. It is charged only once per order, regardless of how many products you buy at the same time.
