Refurbished cots are used baby sleep products that experts have checked, cleaned and repaired where needed, then sold with a warranty. Brands such as Chicco, Maxi-Cosi, Lionelo and babybay cost up to 40% less than new, with delivery included. Condition is stated on every listing.
Bedside cribs attach next to your bed, such as the Chicco Next2Me or Maxi-Cosi Iora. Travel cots fold down, like the Maxi-Cosi Swift 3-in-1. Cradles suit the first months, and playpens like the Lionelo Bonnie suit playtime.
Check the age range and size on each listing. Some models grow with the child, while cradles and bedside cribs are for the early months.
Think about how often you will move it. Folding models are lighter to carry, while fixed cots stay in place.
Check what is included, such as a mattress or carry bag. Extras vary by listing.
Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use, assembly and weight limits, and check that parts are secure before each use. Read the details on the listing carefully.
Think about how long you will use it. Some products cover newborn to toddler stages, while others suit a shorter period.
Measure the space in the bedroom or living room. Bedside cribs need room next to the bed, while travel cots fold down for the car boot.
Look for removable, washable covers where available, since baby products need regular cleaning.
Decide whether you need a main bed or a second one for visits and trips. Starting with the type you will use every day keeps the choice simple.
Cots come in neutral and playful designs, so you can match the nursery or bedroom. Browse a few brands to see which look you prefer.
Condition is described on each listing, from like new to visible signs of use, and every item works as described.
Chicco, Maxi-Cosi, Lionelo, Foppapedretti, babybay, Babysom and Domiva each offer cots, cribs or playpens in different designs and sizes.
You pay up to 40% less than new. Babies outgrow sleep products quickly, so giving a cot a second life means fewer new ones need to be made. That makes refurbished a more sustainable vs new choice.
